Women go through a lot. We juggle many hats in our lives and are expected to excel in all of them. Very often, we're not in the best mental state of health but we plod through as we prioritise others’ needs before ours. This raises the notion of self-care and love. This International Women's Day (IWD), we would like to remind you to love yourselves unapologetically, know your worth, and live in a life of purpose.
