SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic (Singapore) : Your order will be sent via courier at SGD 4 (nail wraps), SGD 9 (all other items) and SGD 60 (furniture) within 2 business days in addition to production lead time. Free for orders SGD 120 and above (non-promotional period). Self collection if available upon request. Re-delivery fee will be charged at SGD 8 per trip.

International: If you are outside of Singapore, your order will be sent via International Courier at SGD 6 (nail wraps) and from SGD 18 (all other items) and will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks in addition to production lead time. If you need it by a certain date, we do offer express courier but we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

    Please contact Urban Li'l before returning any items.

    It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Urban Li'l and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


    Return Conditions
    You can return the product within 10 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Urban Li'l suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

    Urban Li'l will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

     

    Transport Damage
    If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

     

    Exceptions 
    Urban Li'l does not accept exchanges for change of mind.
