Yes, we provide an artwork review with up to 2 free revisions for custom designs, unless otherwise stated or selected.

As every piece is made to order, the standard lead time is up to 2 weeks for design and production. For urgent orders required within 5 to 9 business days, please select urgent lead time.

Yes. To combine orders, use code COMBINESHIP in your new order and provide in notes the previous order # to combine with. We will be able to combine orders if the previous order has not been dispatched.

Yes. To make chnages, you may reach out to us in reply to the order confirmation email to let us know of the changes. We will be able to make the necessary update for you if we have not proceeded with production. However, if we have produced your order, we are unable to make any changes.

Our fabric decal is made with high quality woven material with a matte finish, easy to install (peel & stick), removable without damage to surface (depending on original surface condition), reusable/repositionable (>10 times), printed with premium quality and non-toxic ink, suitable for temporary and permanent indoor placement on flat surfaces -primed walls, windows, glass and doors. Ideal for renters, home owners and people who enjoy switching things up often.

Vinyl decal is made of PVC vinyl material, relatively easy to install with transfer tape, removable with minimal damage to surface, not reusable, suitable for permanent indoor or outdoor placement on flat surfaces.

We ship worldwide via reputable internaitonal courier.

Local orders (Singapore) will be delivered via courier at S$6 flat within 3 business days in addition to production lead time. Free shipping for orders S$100 and above. Self collection option is available at our studio (Singapore 609966), by appointment only.

International orders will be shipped via international courier from S$13 and will take 1 to 3 weeks in addition to production lead time.

Our fabric decals are easy to apply with a few simple steps.

1. Peel graphic decal from backing
2. Align and determine gaps (20cm recommended -refer to each listing)
3. Stick onto clean surface

Installation is available upon request by stating in your order notes at the check out page. Installation fee is from S$120. We will contact you on the schedule and payment details after your online order confirmation.

Our wall decal and wallpaper adhere well on primed walls with water-based sealer, painted > 5 days before installation.

Our laser cut products are fragile, please handle with care.

For plywood, colour tone and grains may vary with each batch of materials due to its nature of the material and this make each piece we create unique.

To hang, we reccomend using sufficient 3M tapes/strips, trim to size and adhere to wall securely and out of reach by children.

To clean, use a dry cloth or brush to remove dust. Do not use cleaning agents on the products. Keep product indoors and away from direct sunlight.
