Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except for cases involving defective or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day of delivery with the following details:

  • Date of receipt

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the affected item(s)

Our team will review your request and advise you on the return or exchange process.


Definitions

Defective items refer to products that are damaged before receipt (upon unboxing).
Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper care after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect items refer to products that do not match the approved artwork (for orders with artwork review) or the order description (for orders without artwork review).
