Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect Items. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item from us, please contact us within the same day of delivery with the following information:

  • Date of receipt
  • Order number
  • Photo of product(s)

We will get back to you on the return or exchange process.

 

Definitions

Defective items refer to items that are damaged prior to receipt (unboxing) of the items. If items have been damaged due to mishandling by customer, Urban Li'l will not be liable for any damages.

Incorrect items refer to items that are not produced based on approved artwork (orders with artwork review) or order description (order with no artwork review).
