Dandelions In Fall Fabric Decal by Houseofchais x Urban Li'l

This is my second purchase of the same dandelions decal from Urban Lil but it seems that the previous work they’ve done from my old house was better (love the previous one). I purchased 2 full packs for my kid’s room and they mentioned I need to order half a pack more to fill in two sides of the wall. I didn’t proceed with the half pack as I felt that 2 full packs would be enough and based from my previous order, one pack was enough. The designer came, and installed the stickers but in the end there were extra 6 sheets left so I’m a bit confused on why they were selling me half a pack more when they even left extra sheets. I’ve shared the size of my wall prior to the installation and had to pay the fee. So it’s a bit confusing for me as to why the upsell but in the end there will be extra. The previous job which was only one side of the wall, there were two of them who installed but for the second job which was two sides of the wall, only one came. I questioned that a bit as well as the level of service doesn’t seem consistent to the work required. I have supported the business for the second time around since I really loved the first one, but I’m just left a bit confused with the level of service conducted and not quite satisfied with the outcome.
